What participant sees

1. The employee will receive an e-mail in the language set up by your company immediately after being invited to the initiative. If the language selected by your company is not English, the email will be bilingual and will also include English. 

2. By clicking on 'Take me to it,' the participant will be redirected to the portal where they can change the language and create a password. 

4. The participant excepts an invitation and starts the assessment.

5. After completing the assessment, the participant will be redirected back to the portal's homepage. 

6.The participant will immediately receive an e-mail informing them that you will contact them further. Unlike you, participant will not have the opportunity to see their results from the Well-being initiative unless you decide to share them.
